At Heaven 23, classic wine regions meet renowned producers and bottles that may not have been on your radar when you stepped into the lift. Our wine list evolves over time, shaped by our sommeliers and their curiosity for origins, grape varieties, vintages and the people behind the wines.
There is a clear affection for the Old World, with wines from some of Europe’s established wine regions alongside producers and expressions from other parts of the world. What they all have in common is that every wine has earned its place on the list.

From the 23rd floor of the Gothia Towers, the view stretches far and wide—and so does Heaven 23’s Austrian selection. In addition to the sparkling wines from the Ebner-Ebenauer winery in the Weinviertel, there is a wide selection of white wines, primarily from the great terroirs of the Wachau; Burgenland shines with nearly 20 red wines and a remarkable range of vintages for Blaufränkisch, St. Laurent, and Zweigelt. The menu is rounded out by a small but exquisite selection of Burgenland dessert wines. A map that presents Austria not as a side note, but as an exciting part of the wine world.
