With the city stretching out below, we have, over 25 years and 9,125 sunsets, served carefully crafted cocktails, prepared memorable dishes and opened remarkable wines. It is not only something we look back on, it is the reason Heaven 23 remains one of Gothenburg’s highest points.

    Éclair means lightning in French. And that’s exactly how we want it to feel. A freshly fried, crisp éclair filled with creamy potato foam, topped with smetana and vendace roe from the Gulf of Bothnia. A small bite with a bold flavor that strikes instantly.

    Twenty-five years ago, a journey began. An idea took shape high above the city. Since then, countless evenings have passed up here. Conversations across the table. Glasses meeting. Gothenburg shifting from daylight to the glow of the city at night.

    Cloud Nine is our toast to those years. An anniversary cocktail that opens fresh and sparkling, before settling into a warm, rounded finish. Much like an evening slowly unfolding above Gothenburg.
