We are constantly on the look-out for wines that we feel speak to us. These wines are often only available in small, indeed sometimes negligible, quantities. Certain wines are always in stock, while others come and go. For certain wines, we are the sole provider in Sweden.
We have chosen to focus on Austrian wines. To us, Austria is one of the classic wine-producing countries, and yet one that has been rather overlooked by us here in Sweden for some time now. Austria boasts strength in being able to offer the full spectrum of wines you might wish for. High-quality sparkling wines, produced using the Champagne method. Crisp, dry white wines, robust Chardonnays, international in style with a distinct fruity ‘from the cask’ character, semi-dry, semi-sweet and sweet white wines. Red wines, both internationally marketable varieties such as Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir and domestic Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch and St. Laurent.
Our endeavours have given us the opportunity, not only to meet many of the people behind these wines, but also to discover and offer wines that in some cases are not exported at all.
